In 1983, Larry began his career with a Top 3 National Home Builder in Texas and later, in 1987, transferred to the bay area. During his 35 year career, Larry was responsible for the development of more than 12,000 homes in the bay area, central valley and Reno, Nevada markets. Larry is considered an expert in managing and directing business operations and growth in the home building industry.
Larry pioneered a national collegiate recruiting program with the Associated Schools of Construction (ASC). He was a member of the National Construction Council and also served as an adviser for the Advance Council for Engineering & Technology (ACET) for Brigham Young University. Larry is proud to say that he has more than 25 years’ experience as an adviser for multiple University Industry Advisory Councils.
Larry and his wife have enjoyed spending time at their family ranch in Central Idaho for nearly 30 years. They now live in Treasure Valley and are looking forward to creating homes that help residents connect with the area’s outdoor beauty and local communities.
